According to the “Agroanalytics Center” with reference to the operational data of departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, as of September 7, 2020, grain and leguminous crops were threshed from an area of 35 893.6 thousand hectares (74.8% of the harvested area, in 2019 – 31 065 , 5 thousand hectares). 108,022.6 thousand tons of grain were threshed (in 2019 – 89,945.3 thousand tons) with a yield of 30.1 c / ha (29 c / ha in 2019). Of these, winter and spring wheat was threshed from an area of 24,017.0 thousand hectares, 77,908.8 thousand tons were threshed (+14,218.6 thousand tons compared to last year) of grain, with a yield of 32.4 centners / ha.
