Farm-Gate Prices, Over the month, for Soybeans in Russia increased by 10%.
In August, the average selling price of soybeans by agricultural producers rose to 29,184 rubles / ton, which is 10% more than a month earlier. This is reported by the Zerno On-Line agency with reference to Rosstat. Compared to last year, the average price has increased by more than a third.
In the Far Eastern Federal District, the cost of soybeans in August was 30,830 rubles / ton, in the Central Federal District – 28,557 rubles / ton
Recall that in 2019, 3.04 million hectares were sown, which is 3.6% more compared to 2018. The yield has increased on average by 7-8%. In total, 4.34 million tons of oilseeds were harvested.
