The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation expands the network of agricultural attachés abroad !!!
In accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia continues to work consistently to develop a network of its representatives abroad. So, in 2021, their number increased to 31 people.
Attaches for the agro-industrial complex in 23 countries have already begun to perform their duties: Angola, Vietnam, Ghana, China, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Ethiopia, South Africa, South Korea, Israel, Philippines, Jordan, Turkey, Switzerland, Bangladesh, UAE, Egypt, Japan and Qatar. Representatives in 8 countries have also been appointed and are ready to start working – Algeria, Indonesia, Iran, Cuba, Morocco, Sudan, Chile and Syria.
The creation of a network of agricultural attache is an important element of the system for promoting the products of the domestic agro-industrial complex to foreign markets. The key tasks of the representatives of the Ministry are to expand opportunities for Russian exporters and represent the interests of our country in diplomatic interaction with foreign partners.
The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia plans to fully form a network of attachés for the agro-industrial complex next year. The number of representatives of the Ministry will grow to 52 people in 50 countries.
