As of October 12, 2020 the Russian Farmers Harvested 93 % of the Area and 128.3 million tons of Grain !!!
According to the operational data of the governing bodies of the agro-industrial complex of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as of October 12, 2020, grain and leguminous crops were threshed from an area of 44.6 million hectares or 93% of the sown area, 128.3 million tons of grain were threshed with a yield of 28.7 centners / ha.
Of these, wheat was threshed from an area of 28.7 million hectares, or 97.6% of the sown area, 87 million tons of grain were threshed with a yield of 30.3 c / ha. Barley was threshed from an area of 8.2 million hectares, or 95.6% of the sown area, 21.9 million tons were threshed with a yield of 26.9 c / ha. Corn for grain was threshed from an area of 1.3 million hectares or 46% of the sown area, 6.5 million tons were threshed with a yield of 49.6 c / ha. Rice was threshed from an area of 138.6 thousand hectares or 70.7% of the sown area, 879.3 thousand tons were threshed with a yield of 63.4 c / ha.
Sugar beet was dug out from an area of 580.2 thousand hectares or 62.5% of the sown area, 20.9 million tons were dug up with a yield of 360.5 c / ha.
Fiber flax was harvested from an area of 46.5 thousand hectares or 87.4% of the sown area.
Sunflower was threshed from an area of 6.1 million hectares or 72.2% of the sown area, 9.9 million tons were threshed with a yield of 16.2 c / ha.
Rape was threshed from an area of 1.3 million hectares or 90.4% of the sown area, 2.6 million tons were threshed with a yield of 19.2 c / ha.
Soybeans have been threshed from an area of 1.6 million hectares or 56.3% of the sown area, 3 million tons have been threshed with a yield of 18.5 c / ha.
Potatoes in agricultural enterprises and peasant farms were harvested from an area of 236.7 thousand hectares or 84.3% of the sown area, 5.7 million tons were dug up with a yield of 239.9 centners / ha.
Vegetables in agricultural enterprises and peasant (private) farms have been harvested from an area of 123 thousand hectares, or 65.2% of the sown area, 3.4 million tons were harvested with a yield of 273.4 c / ha.
Sowing of winter crops was carried out on an area of 15.7 million hectares or 82.1% of the forecasted area.
