As of October 19, 2020 the Russian Farmers Harvested 94.1 % of the Area and got 130.6 million tons of Grain!
According to the operational data of the management bodies of the agro-industrial complex of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as of October 19, 2020, grain and leguminous crops were threshed from an area of 45.2 million hectares or 94.1% of the sown area, 130.6 million tons of grain were threshed with a yield of 28.9 centners / ha.
Of these, wheat was threshed from an area of 28.8 million hectares, or 97.8% of the sown area, 87.2 million tons of grain were threshed with a yield of 30.3 c / ha. Barley was threshed from an area of 8.2 million hectares or 96.1% of the sown area, 22 million tons were threshed with a yield of 26.8 c / ha. Corn for grain was threshed from an area of 1.6 million hectares, or 57% of the sown area, 8.2 million tons were threshed with a yield of 50.1 c / ha. Rice was threshed from an area of 164.8 thousand hectares or 84% of the sown area, 1.1 million tons were threshed with a yield of 65.2 centners / ha.
Sugar beets were dug up from an area of 688.9 thousand hectares or 74.3% of the sown area, 24.8 million tons were dug up with a yield of 360.3 c / ha.
Fiber flax was harvested from an area of 47.5 thousand hectares or 89.3% of the sown area.
Sunflower was threshed from an area of 7.1 million hectares, or 84.2% of the sown area, 11.4 million tons were threshed with a yield of 16 c / ha.
Rape was threshed from an area of 1.4 million hectares or 92.7% of the sown area, 2.6 million tons were threshed with a yield of 19.1 c / ha.
Soybeans were threshed from an area of 1.8 million hectares, or 65.3% of the sown area, 3.3 million tons were threshed with a yield of 18 c / ha.
Potatoes in agricultural enterprises and peasant (private) farms have been harvested from an area of 251.3 thousand hectares or 89.5% of the sown area, 6.1 million tons have been dug up with a yield of 240.9 centners / ha.
Vegetables in agricultural enterprises and peasant farms have been harvested from an area of 136.1 thousand hectares or 72.2% of the sown area, 3.8 million tons were harvested with a yield of 275.8 c / ha.
Sowing of winter crops was carried out on an area of 17.5 million hectares or 91.5% of the forecasted area.
