Volga Baikal AGRO NEWS Update on the Digitalization in the Agriculture !!!
Digital services of the state support for the agro-industrial complex will start working in 2021.
Starting from 2021, the Ministry of the Agriculture of the Russian Federation will introduce an informational system of digital services for the agro-industrial complex. “The trial operations will take place in 9 pilot regions”, – reports the press service of the Ministry of the Agriculture of Russia.
The information system as a module of the national agro-industrial complex platform will help to increase the efficiency of the administration in the agricultural industry, the speed of bringing funds to farmers and the transparency of the processes of providing state support measures, and it will reduce the costs of agricultural producers for reporting.
In 2022 already, electronic filing of digital applications for subsidies will be available in 84 regions of the country, 100% of industry reports will be submitted through the personal account of an agricultural producer, up to 75% of subsidies and 50% of soft loans will be processed in a digital form. According to Dmitry Patrushev, head of the Ministry of Agriculture, this pilot project is planned to be launched in 9 regions of the Russian Federation. By the end of 2024, all the state services of the Ministry of the Agriculture should be provided in an electronic form.
