Abnormally warm weather is expected in some regions of Russia.
According to Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory the temperature is predicted to be 20 degrees above the norm.
“Abnormally warm weather awaits most regions of the Asian territory of Russia during the week. The only exception will be Yakutia. The brightest anomalies, up to 20 degrees above the norm, are predicted in the Krasnoyarsk Territory”, – told to TASS Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
“In the most of the Asian territories of the Russian Federation, abnormally warm weather is predicted. On average, deviations from the norm are seen in the Western Siberia during a week. The deviations are about 6-10 degrees. In the Central Siberia – by 8-15 degrees. In the first half of the week the weather is predicted to be about or even slightly below the norm only in Yakutia,” – he said.
According to R. Vilfand, especially bright weather anomalies will be observed in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the first half of the week when the temperature will be 20 degrees higher than the climatic norm.
“In the Krasnoyarsk Territory temperatures are predicted to be 20 degrees above normal. There, in the Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Omsk regions, daytime temperatures will be positive. That’s incredible warmth,” – highlighted Roman Vilfand.
